My name is Sherrie Kapala. I am a Certified Christian Life Coach, Author, Speaker, Podcaster and Teacher.
I'm well known for a Christian Weight Loss Program that I've written called, "The Seeker's Method for weight loss."
While I do lead women in that structured program, I also lead, guide and coach Christian's through the areas of their lives where they need to get unstuck and free to live in the fullness of their faith.
My Coaching clients receive LIFE CHANGING transformations whether they work with me in GENERAL Life Coaching or via my weight loss programs.
